Bu gün Göyçay rayonunda XI Nar Bayramı təşkil olunub. Bayramda dövlət və hökümət nümayəndələri, Milli Məclisin deputatları, xarici ölkələrin Azərbaycandakı səfirləri, diaspor nümayəndələri, ümumilikdə 15 minə yaxın insanın iştirak edib.
Göyçay şəhər stadionunda keçirilən tədbirdə narla bağlı müxtəlif yarış və müsabiqələr, yarmarkalar təşkil edilib. Göyçay rayon İcra Hakimiyyətinin başçısı Mehdi Səlimzadə çıxış edərək bildirib ki, bayram rayonda meyvəçiliyin inkişafı üçün böyük əhəmiyyət kəsb edir. O əlavə edib ki, bayram prezident İlham Əliyevin təşəbbüsü ilə 2006-cı ilin noyabrından keçirilir.
